The remaining balance must be paid before the applicable travel date, check-in date, or service commencement date, as communicated during the booking process.

Travelkar may cancel or release an unpaid or partially paid reservation where payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing payment through authorized channels.

• Changes requested by the customer

Unless otherwise stated, quotations may be subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by Travelkar's applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and the specific terms communicated at the time of booking.

Certain services may have separate cancellation conditions imposed by third-party vendors.

Travelkar acts as an intermediary and facilitator between travelers and third-party service providers, which may include:

• Transport operators
• Airlines
• Railway service providers
• Guides

• Tour operators
• Other travel vendors

The services provided by these third parties may be subject to their own terms, policies, schedules, restrictions, and cancellation conditions.

Travelkar does not guarantee that a particular hotel, vehicle, airline, guide, activity, room category, or other third-party service will remain available until payment and written confirmation have been completed.

Where a confirmed service becomes unavailable due to circumstances attributable to the service provider, Travelkar may coordinate an alternative or other available resolution, subject to the applicable booking terms.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal and travel information;
• Checking booking details before travel;
• Carrying required identification and travel documents;
• Obtaining applicable visas, permits, and approvals unless expressly included as part of Travelkar's services;
• Arriving at designated locations on time;
• Following hotel, transport, activity, and vendor rules;
• Paying all applicable charges within the required timeframe.

Travelkar shall not be responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information or failure by the customer to comply with applicable travel requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid and required documents, including passports, visas, identification documents, permits, tickets, and other applicable travel documentation.

Travelkar may provide information or assistance regarding documentation where such assistance is specifically included in the booking.

Travelkar shall not be responsible for failure, delay, modification, or interruption of services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Fire
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Government restrictions
• War or terrorism
• Civil unrest
• Strikes
• Transportation disruptions
• Road closures
• Government orders
• Technical failures
• Vendor failures
• Other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Travelkar acts as an intermediary and facilitator between customers and third-party travel service providers.

Travelkar shall not be liable for personal injury, loss of life, theft, loss of personal property, delays, cancellations, missed connections, vendor failures, or additional expenses caused by third-party vendors, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond Travelkar's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Travelkar attempts to keep information on the Website accurate and up to date. However, prices, availability, schedules, descriptions, photographs, and other information may change without prior notice.
